what makes the warden fun for you to play?

Best MMO experiences : EQ(PvE), DAoC(PvP), WoW(total package) LOTRO (worldfeel) GW2 (Artstyle and animations and worlddesign) SWTOR (Story immersion) TSW (story) ESO (character advancement)

It's a slightly different way of doing the same thing :)

But then I'm probably the wrong person to judge Wardenness since I have always sided with the portion of the ESO fan base that would prefer no classes in favor of a full-fledged build your own class system instead of the 2/3 build your own system we have.

For me, the good thing about the Warden is that it introduced 3 new skill lines to mess around with and the bad part is that they're class-locked.

    Its not just about mechanics...
i think the Warden could give me that good old druid feeling...

It doesn't really feel that way to me... /shrug

For one thing the only permanent animal companion you have is the bear. All the other sjills they have that are animal-based have temporary summons most of which are critter GFX layered on top of standard DOTS and DD that last seconds.

The ice tanking skill line definitely does not feel druidish to me either.

The healing line I suppose, does try to be nature-based with flowers and vine graphics but I have healed a lot as a Warden and I actually prefer doing it as a Templar of even Sorcerer.

Maybe you'll get lucky and a Warden lover will chime in :)

It ok.  The pet should not have been a spell just a toggle to always be able to run around without taking up skill slots which are few anyway. Strong healing and decent DPS.  Good for exploration. Druid is basically an elemental sorcerer.  Having a Druid Werewolf is fun.
