Fortnite News - Epic's Fortnite Twitter account was updates yesterday with the big news that the game hit a major milestone with twenty million players taking part in the free-to-play Battle Royale portion of the game since it launched earlier this fall.

    People need to Remember, that Fornite is Free for their Battle Royal Game. If they charged the same price as PUBG, I would assume their Numbers would be 1/5 of what they are now.

    Yep.. Fornite is really nipping at their heals... I mean, except for that 600 million dollars thing, they're basically at the same level right? ... ... This is an impressive achievement and good on them for hitting it, but the comparison is simply bad and honestly I'm reminded why I rarely bother to check this site anymore.

    I took part in it for about 10 minutes and uninstalled. 

    Do I count as one of those 20 Million?

    Well, I do have to admit that the fact that 20 million accounts (not necessarily people) bothered to download it and try it out is pretty impressive, although of course what really matters in the end is the money and the retention (but mostly the money).
