    I just got this chair for christmas and I would put it in the pretty good category but not in the outstanding category. That neck/headrest pillow is hard as a rock. It's a decent chair, but a bit overpriced imo.

    That's how I see it.

    No matter what the value or cost of this chair is, whoever buys it, is buying into a theme. And while that is aesthetically pleasing. It adds nothing to the comfort or functionality of the product. But it does add to the bottom line.

    Honestly; I think Herman Miller makes some of the most comfortable chairs on the market.

    It's a racing chair so the headrest is hard like that so when you crash you won't get whiplash.

    I agree since I have had the embody for over a year and its amazing. Biggest negative is the price since its roughly 3 times the price of this DXRacer chair lol. As a software engineer I need a chair to make me forget I am even sitting in one and mine does that perfectly.

    Yes you are correct!!! I have a DX racer King and I cannot recommend it at all. yes it's built well but it sure isn't made for sitting in!! It has a hump right in the top of the seat back that hits you right at you shoulder blades and the lumbar pillow,,,,,, well they should have just given me a rock and saved the effort of making it!!
    So yeah,,,, if you are willing to spend the money on a DX Racer ,,, well save a bit more and get yourself a real chair like a Herman Miller!!!
