Trials of Ascension SCAM?

Looking at Top Voted Games to see if there is anything new of interest for me. So I checked the page for  Trials of Ascension, and found that the game lhad a not working homepage http://www.trialsofascension.com/ (at least when I checked 10/7/2017. So I did some more digging arround and found an interesting article about this game being a scam http://www.mmo-champion.com/threads/1536961-Trials-of-Ascension-Shady-Practices-and-the-Big-Crowdfunding-Debate. So I would like to ask the moderatrors of MMORPG to confirm this and if so please remove all references from your site. Do  not let people abuse your platform to scam people.
