    Plextor?!?! I didn't even know the brand was still around...I recognize the name from premium optical drives back in the day - hmm, I think I'm getting old, lol.

    So the basis of comparison for this review is a 7200RPM magnetic hard drive? Buy an INTEL 600P NVE SSD and you'll have an improved experience as well for less money. While I understand a gaming site is not a full blown hardware review warehouse, I believe it's safe to say that many gamers today have SSD drives and most users know that upgrading from a conventional magnetic drive to just about any SSD will net appreciable results.

    I agree with this. but only because I'm currently using an Intel 600P NVME M.2 SSD, and it would have interesting to see a comparison between the two drives. But like Chaserz said, I understand that this isn't the place for hardcore hardware reviews, and I'm really grateful for this one!

    How are they figuring a MTBF: >1,500,000 Hours??? What tests were they running that went for 171 years?
