so i wanted a game which got exactly these features ( i know this is very hard to find so i came here ) So i want a full loot sandbox mmo with medieval style and wanted these systems
Huge open world : with many regions climate and we are free to go all over the world where people can build and have their houses villages
Claimable Lands: where players can claim lands for guild to build and live there
Guilds: Players formed guilds
Harvesting and crafting. Everything in game needs to be acquired by crafting with can traded to other players so it basically player driven economy
Housing: players can make their houses and decorate and can live with other guild members in guild claimed land
Pvp: i want an open world pvp without any carebear rules and non instanced pvp
Siege warfare. Structures are destructable and claimable and we can siege other play houses villages towns
Active community : not a dead game
No top down view : i prefer it to be first person/3rd person and non stragetic game and not like ultima online and albion
games already tried
Life is feudal : if people already played they know why iam posting this as this game is lag feast and worst pvp in this game is carebear and shitty with admin rules
black desert: not really a sandbox and it got instanced pvp
mortal online: more like people playing to hate each other as sieges are boring and people do it just for people they hate and loot are not really worth after siege
some other games with dead player base

Archeage is probably your best bet, it is a sandpark and while it isn't hugely popular it isn't dead either. Worth trying at least.
Perhaps consider joining a real life mercenary organization? (the perma-death mechanic is pretty hard core though)

We've both wanted "UO modernized and done better" for years.
But the problem is, that would be very expensive to make. And PvPers tend to drive large numbers away when they feel like they're just "working for the PKers". So the profit structure doesn't add up.
Simple solution is to somehow make death costly for those who randomly kill others outside of a war. At least if they do it too much (enough to drive others away). That would cause players to either limit their random violence or nerf their characters into uselessness.
One more thing I'd like to see, and that's a wide choice of clothing/gear and colors with ample slots to exchange. Like UO only some more options. Allow players to customize their look and create uniforms, or have their own recognizable look.
There were players in UO that I could instantly recognize because of their unique choice. And I always thought that was pretty cool.

Plays like a MMO RTS with RPG mechanics to prevent unlimited growth. The primary method of controlling your colony is AI programming, so basically Skynet Simulator. Though it's very possible to make really good progress even with poor programming skills (lots of good tutorials, and great community).
The entire game is building up your bases, pre crafting and planning automated defenses, building up your economy, and it even has a few "side trades".
The PvP is really intense. It's possible for your empire to be completely wiped off the map, and everyone has been at least once. That being said defenders have some really good advantages at their disposal, and even in conflicts where those advantages are poorly deployed a defender can take an afternoon to remove (though depending on your skill vs your enemy skill you might only need to check in once or twice). The safe zone mechanics are so "weak" you don't really even have real banking mechanics, likewise being a AI game your "everything" is in the world 24 hours a day 7 days a week. The game is full loot enough that there has been a time that third partied a conflict by bringing in transports and lugging off resources from their storages and dead units while they fought.
Practice doesn't make perfect, practice makes permanent.
