There have been 5 full plate / metal outfits for striker (onyx jaguar, crown eagle, crimson knight (limited), frostbite armor (limited) and even blazing inferno, the launch outfit he's encased in metal). though none for mystic. So how can it be safe and look like everything else and at the same time not "fit" with the class. So while you might think that striker and mystic should be less armored that is certainly not the direction that has been established in game already.

This one specifically released as a striker outfit and was later adapted to the other classes. Which is why it's the only one with an awakening weapon.

So it sounds like your personal taste more than anything else.

Also this game has never kept every outfit in perfect theme with it's class. Gavi Regan for wizard, musa and ninja? This was a warrior outfit originally. Crown Eagle / Night Cat for tamer? How can she leap all over the place in full plate?

Also I believe her goal was to do something that would look like something PA would do, particularly since they had asked everyone to keep the theme "medieval europe". She kept in line with what's been established for striker (armor) and then the newness should come from adapting that outfit to Mystic who doesn't have any full armor outfits yet. So I would agree the Striker is safe but the Mystic is certainly unique is it not?

Honestly i think he has a point, those outfits do look ridiculous for a hand to hand specialist, rather than heavy metal there should be more leather etc. full plate is strictly for 'tanks' with limited mobility but high damage mitigation.
Personally i would be looking for something 'flashy' in the sense that during combat it would likely display distracting colours etc. to draw attention away from fists/feet though perhaps that might be too much to hope for.
But either way, heavy metal suits of armour are not something i would be interested in for my striker, its just too unrealistic and highly impractical.

Sure I get that there is a desire for more eastern themed outfits for striker, bruce lee-ish and whatnot. As a girl she wanted an outfit that could match both classes and one that didn't make her feel like a victoria secret model in game.

Also, strikers are tanky... so are mystics. Like mystic is currently the tankiest class in game and yet doesn't have any full plate armor.
