Pearl Abyss - Company Introduction Video

Best known for the MMORPG franchise Black Desert, Pearl Abyss, is a leading developer in the game industry. Established in 2010, Pearl Abyss has since developed Black Desert for PC, mobile and console. With all their games built on their proprietary engine, their games are renowned for their cutting-edge graphics. The company has two new projects in the works and is poised to continue its growth through 2018 and beyond to maintain its position as one of Asia's leaders in game development. 





First announced back in December 2017, Project K is currently led by Counter-Strike creator, Minh Le, known to many as Gooseman. The game is said to be developed for Windows PC and Xbox One, with a focus on team-work and features elements from the AOS (Aeon of Strife) genre.

    That's the problem, it's a buzz word and it doesn't really say anything unless they define it or can point to something that defines it.

    I am a big graphics nut, so I do like Pearl Abyss just for their graphics. I do think Black Desert is a bit shallow (just by looking) but if they make a new game then i'll keep em in mind.
