    So can you take it even if you have not gone there that is travelled there  by other means.

    I have no idea, but considering how easymode MMO have to be now, I would be presently astonished if you had to ride there yourself before you fly.

    From what I understand this things transports logs from city to city but you can jump on and hitch a ride if you want to.
