When playing any game regardless of reviews or content creation like I am Defiance 2050 it's not only helpful but enjoyable to read forums which often prompts me to provide my own guides or insights where I see a need. In Defiance I’ve never felt compelled to do so as it has many passionate community members ready to contribute information and a data hub that’s been around as long as I can remember.

    As much as I want to play this I just can't. This was a stupid move on their part to the fans who supported them in the beginning. I spent time and money on Defiance and for them to just wipe that out and then re-release it and ask me to put time and money back in to get back what I had, no, just a horrible idea.

    It's real hard to avoid being cynical when it comes to this game. It's based on a failed TV series that only ran for three seasons and it's a re-boot of a very poorly received game. I don't see how this game will have a place in the market a year from now with similar games coming out.

    For customers who have stopped playing as much as they were or completely its pretty easy decisions to make, when you've stopped playing. It's understandable for those who would prefer everything had gone on the old game I would've liked that too but I'm just a gamer I'm not sure the difference between the infrastructures each one is built on for that to occur. The game is no longer tied to the company that ran the show so it's moot at this point and it's success has nothing to do with the game though I really enjoyed the show. I think Trion could have easily done nothing which would have been even worse but when they decided too it wasn't like any of us had a choice, it was coming in no matter what and its good to be playing again.

    I tried getting back into the game now in its 2050 inception but the enemies are just warping around like in the first version, no thanks.

    First off 3 seasons doesn't = fail... if you judge tv shows based on seasons YOU fail, second have you even tried it ??? ever hear the saying don't knock it til you try it ???  Narrow minded much ?
