Only possibility will be something isometric, or developed to run on both PCs and cell phones, like Albion Online or perhaps Vendetta. Check your specs against these.

Project Gorgon, not well optimized and runs like a slideshow in crowed areas like cities when a lot of people are on but still playable outside of cites, when exploring, and in dungeons. Game play is old school interesting and can be addictive, imo.
