  You may be wondering if you are reading this how the game is doing, In my personal opinion the game is doing extremely well with people coming back in spikes and the population spiking up again.

  What is this about?  Puzzle Pirates originally launched in 2003.  Steam gives a launch date of July, 2018.  Is this a sequel?  A revived version after Three Rings shut down?  And while we're at it, how is it different from this:

  The original puzzle pirates was launched in 2003 by three rings after what ever happend with them the original developers wanted to keep the game alive, so they revived it with Puzzle Pirates Dark Seas

  No, its still going under the oceans of meridian, cerulean and emerald... however out of the 3 the only ocean that really has a population is emerald, with dark seas being released on steam the population on obisidian which is the steam version the population is sky rocketing

  So what is "Dark Seas"?  Is that just the name of the Steam version?  Is that an expansion, or updated version?  Why does Steam list it separately from Puzzle Pirates?

  it is a updated version with a different system, limitations on things people considered game breaking, full pvp on the northern oceans(you start in the southern oceans so youre safe when you are start) and two different factions for the flags and crews to be affiliated with
