The Darkfall: Rise of Agon site has been updated with the cool news that the dev team is hard at work on an expansion called Embers of War. The expansion was born out of a laundry list of new features and enhancement the team was working on that they felt would be best deployed in a singular update rather than "piecemeal" over months.

    Is there not at least that many online macroing skills up or is the grind reduced enough that people don't feel the need for macroing macroing anymore?

    They both have pros and cons. Out of the two RoA was a bit more fun IMO but the other one had more interesting ideas.

    They took away the need to macro. It's no longer a thing

    Personally I like new dawn better with there class system so not everyone is doing the same shit and wearing the same gear and the world is more immersive since you cant just teleport every where

    i played the 2 darkfall and Rise of Agon is by FAR the best one where the dev update the game

    and pop is really high atm.

    According to the New Dawn forums its likely to be shut down within the next few weeks but who knows.

    New Dawn is virtually bankrupt. ROA is still hanging in there, so they got that going for them at least.
