Aloha Mr Hand !
Out of the three, I'd say try out Legends of Aria if you are into PvP or interested in what is happening with the "spiritual successor to UO" (never heard that before). LoA is a bit light on the content, and is more about the sandbox - arguably, since it's an indie development team, you could say they just don't have the resources to create content, but that's a discussion for another time.
Star Citizen clearly is a behemoth, but why do I just want to fly? I want to play the game in a somewhat meaningful way - flying around is not indicative of how a game plays. Yes, it's probably very pretty, but it doesn't have the substance yet. But that's just a personal preference.
Warolords Awakening - a/k/a the third time this game has "launched". It was previously Elite Lords of Alliance (ELOA). It has been shut down twice here in NA I believe. It's current Korean iteration, if I am to believe the internet, has been shut down. I'd say it has decent combat, but that's about it. And it's $11.99 on Steam (after the F2P weekend) - which is pretty cheap (and kind of a clue about it?).
All in all, they are free. If you had limited time/space on your hard drive, I'd say a good bet is LoA > Warlords > SC, in that order.
