Hello all,
I hope some one can answer this, at lvl 39 you use to get a series of quests that would unlock legendary skills.
From the little i have found these are no longer in the game? I am not sure one way or the other can someone help me with this.

By level 39 I assume you think about the legendary books and their missing pages, those are available from your trainer just like in the past. I guess you missed it because in the current game you don't need your trainer anymore, new skills land directly on your hotbar right after the levelups. (Yay, easification...)
Another differences, the looted pages go straight to the deed and then removed from the loot table, and the rewards are not specific traits just 1 class trait point per completed book. (Yay, trait trees...)
