On December 1st, Kakao Games and Pearl Abyss will be hosting a Black Desert Online community event in South Korea. Called "Festa", the event is designed to show off content currently in development and that will be released over the coming months. While the event is being held in South Korea, the keynote will be livestreamed and subtitled in English to allow western fans to be in on the news as it breaks, including the release date of the Archer.

If only the game didn't have the P2W label on it.
Nah, those that see P2W dont matter. They can keep the label on it. We going to keep enjoying the game.
Been playing since beta and only used the cash shop one time to buy an outfit.
BDO is one of the most popular and successful mmos on the market. If it was really P2W it would not be.
I was expecting CONTENT events, there is a real big difference between marketing events and game events.
I always like to see what game developers come up with events,if they are any good, great effort or lazy because a good effort should be noted just as a lazy one should be noted. So this is just advertising and nothing more.
Never forget 3 mile Island and never trust a government official or company spokesman.
Sorry I couldn't help myself. Played the game but still think of Portlandia when I see news about the developer.
But alas, BDO has to continue to be one of the biggest MMORPG disappointments to date.
Instanced? feh!

In general I am against it, because it sucks players out of the world map.
But BDO has so much open world content, that I don't think instancing is a threat.
World Bosses are super laggy.
And because the loot table rewards (mostly) the players who tops the DPS table, dying because of the lag put you in serious disadvantage.
That's why I quit.
Group PvE is just not fun in BDO, there is no group tactics whatsoever, and that's a major flaw.
