Rumors about Red Dead Online have leaked ahead of the start of beta testing today. According to Twitter user "Illogical Mods", the Make It Count game mode will pit 32 players fighting to be the last one standing in typical battle royale style with a shrinking map and a limited number of weapons. The leak also includes details about several other game modes.

I'm not a big BR fan, but it doesn't hurt a game if it is one of the many features. If you don't want to play BR then you shouldn't. There should be enough other things for you to do right?
Makes me sad knowing that RDR2 will see the same fate.

You look for sign posts that allow you to go to one of the PVP related events (there are 4 I believe)-
Theres co-op missions and missions that you can get based on your alignment (I know they dont call it alignment but whatever) so like an evil player may get missions to break someone out of jail and a good player may have to escort a caravan or protect a train...Things like that... Plus organic random things happen in the open world like the single player game.
edit- Plus, like the single player game there is an evolving story.
Your username kinda depresses me because it's a reminder of better times.
As irreverent as that comment may seem, it kinda is. Wizardry was part of an era that was filled with the thrill and wonder and imagination, because barely any idea that a person had in their head was not yet conceptualized in the medium of video games.
Wasn't that a wonderful time? when something new and different was more exciting then something we were used to?

I see this as a case of expansionism rather than changing directions. Hence, more power to them.
And I sincerely don't understand the cash-grab part. I never spent a dime on GTAO and I am like the reincarnation of Escobar in Los Santos.
