So when you see all these games that usually have like 30-60 hours of gameplay, who is getting value from there game and who is not?
So during this 1000+ hours i bet some people have bought 4/5/6 games and likely all of them are collecting dust in a very short time.
I have always had this trend, has absolutely nothing to do with being cheap/thrifty,but has everything to do with ,i just pick games i really want to like and stay with for a long time.Atlas is actually a game design,i dreamed about as a kid and if i wanted to make my own game,it would be similar to Atlas.
Now obviously Dark N light and Ark are very similar ,so they likely have a lot of value in those games as well, imo pick a game like that you will enjoy for a long time,it saves the anguish and disappointment sifting through hundreds of crappy games and WASTING your time.

Vault-Tec analysts have concluded that the odds of worldwide nuclear armaggeddon this decade are 17,143,762... to 1.
After that, it's anyone's guess.. could be anything from Daggerfall to Colonization to Master of Magic to Skyrim to Witcher 3.. who knows. Hell, Diablo 1 might take the 2nd place.. I just don't know, damn it!
I have no idea the actual hours. I know it's more than 1200 hours for Borderlands 2.. 5000+ for LOTRO.
WoW - I remember checking one time and it said 600 days but that was awhile ago.
Then it's Realms of Magic or something retarded like that with 805 hours
This isn't a signature, you just think it is.

Morrowind: Well over 3000 hours. This also was played a LOT when it came out. I have 4 copies of this game. Possibly the best RPG I have yet played.
Skyrim: Well over 2000 hours.
Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic 1 & 2: 1 over 700 hours, 2 over 500 hours. It took me a long time to "appreciate" #2
Only Skyrim has a tracker, but I play in Steam's "offline" mode.

Personally the only modern MMORPG trend that annoys me is the idea that MMOs need to be designed in a way to attract people who don't actually like MMOs. Which to me makes about as much sense as someone trying to figure out a way to get vegetarians to eat at their steakhouse.- FARGIN_WAR
Obviously that has probably changed over time but most employers still consider 2000 as a base amount of hours they want employees to work per year.
So when you start adding up time in video games keep that in mind.
That being said I have several games with over 1000 hours in them. On Steam my top game is ARK (and I havent played it in almost 3 years) Life is Feudal and Ascent are right behind it. Both "indie'' type games. Fallout 4 is next with Witcher right there. but those games I play from time to time so its a lot of accrued time.
But for non Steam tracked I would say Lotro is number one, and I havent played that game steadily in 5 or 6 years I would say.
About 1400 hours in Fallout 4, far and away above FONV which was at 285.
No how many days played in EVE or DAOC, though in EVE I've got 10 years in paid sub time, for anywhere from 2 to 6 accounts.
