I sent my ticket in Nov 2. I got a reply today.

Honestly, there is nothing more I can say to that other than WTF.

    I got a same day reply. You probably had an issue that was either 1) unsolvable until the web developers got their shit together and fixed the web error 2) unsolvable until the web developers got their shit together to make a tool so CS could manually fix your error or 3) a completely low priority non-issue like asking CS a dumb ass question you could just google.

    So which one was it?
