Wargaming has taken everyone by surprise with the stealth launch of Pagan Online into Steam Early Access. To celebrate the EA launch, Wargaming has unleashed a pair of new trailers, one a cinematic look at the game and one focused completely on gameplay.

    Not gonna lie, do not gonna buy...

    I try it during beta. Fights were clunky and boring as hell... Will wait until this game became more optimized.

    The exact opposite in fact.  I'm torn on buying but not because of that.

    Hard to say, but combat was not so action as I was expecting it. Action, and animations were so slow, auto attacks were not so great and clunky for me. Maybe playing and picking Anya as first character to try-out was not so great idea. Maybe other heroes are much better, but I'm not so firm to buy it now.

    Same guys who made WoT, no thanks. And paying for a game that should be F2P and surely will have P2Win stuff down the line, nope...

    I've played beta. Great setting, gameplay outright sucks. Like, ranged fighter (Anya?) has to stand still to cast - while eating up all incoming projectiles and melee strikes. A set of healing posts easily waste half of your money collected during couple levels.

    Maybe it's improved now, I don't know, not going to test it again, too busy playing Mass Effect Andromeda multiplayer - which cost twice less and is damn good: it's practically Anthem sans open world and bad loot, for a fraction of the cost.

    Gotta hand it them, they know some people are desperate for something like Lost Ark, so even if its hot garbage, they'll still get numbers, just like Bless Online originally did. Its just sad that the industry has gotten to a point where they dont even try to hide that they are preying on impatience.

    No COOP currently. Pretty lame. Im willing to give it a chance. ARPGs are so damn good, but there so little of them. Kinda crazy that were getting like 3-4 now in next two years, Wolcen, Warhammer:Chaosbane, Pagan Online and Diablo 4. We havent had any great ones for years, since Grim Dawn..

    IDk the music sounds better than the combat looks.
    Looks like EASY mode killing,i don't think the industry needs anymore OP killing games,i think we like a bit of a challenge and to EARN our kills with smarts and tactics.

    I'm on the fence with this one. I like what I see, but $30 for early access is... questionable.

    Not everything should be challenging. ARPGs are an excellent outlet for stress, and I enjoy them largely for that reason.

    Anyway, an Atlas fanboy is one to talk. Go play that boring piece of shit game and stop wasting everyone's time with inane comments on games that you could not even begin to care about, let alone form a valid opinion of.

    To me the gameplay looks fantastic i love the slowed down combat and the controls, yes i like using W A S D and using the mouse to rotate reminds me of a old school arcade game i cant quite put my finger on, Guantlet maybe ?

      My issue with this one is the gear. I'm a customization geek and i have to have that carrot on a string of collecting new gear and sets for the appearance as well as the stats. The preset skins you unlock really kills the game for me.

    Pretty enjoyable so far. I'll just wait a little longer before buying it but it is a really solid game. I complained about the combat before but after trying other characters I don't feel that way anymore. The combat is very solid and enjoyable. I wanna see the end game and what they will do with it before buying the game. For now I will continue to play with my friend's account a little bit longer.
