Today is a good day for fans of AION as GameForge is detailing its latest update, Version 7.0. The update brings new content to the game, including a new region, class specialization, PvE Instance, new transformations, equipment, and LugBug missions.

    Tried to get in, nothing but problems. Blackscreen, or screen turns purple, or screen loses signal when loaded in-game.

    Why do they keep using that garbage @$$ class as a call to action? Talk about immersion breaking. It looks like it belongs as a joke boss in Borderlands 3.

    So I installed it. Man did they destroy the game. All the neat side quests, the interesting and beautiful areas, gone. The main city reduced to a plaza and everything else still there but sealed off with gates.

    Ishaglen and Beluslan are all that's left for leveling (Asmodians), I got to level 11 in about an hour.

    Painter is pretty neat though.

    What a waste of an interesting and mildly fun game. I has a sad.

    im not gonna lie dude!!! i had a lot of fun with aion!! i played it for 2yrs strait made a few friends along the way.....but this i can tell you ...
    Aion will never be the same as it once was in its glory......none of my friends are on....and its a lil to late to think that aion will ever be once what it was.

    they removed half the zones and streamlined the leveling ...

    Can we get an Aion Classic server please! This game was great up to about 3.5.

    Unfortunately they had to do this to try to keep players. They had major retention issues due to how stale the leveling used to be (I say this and I loved Aion back then). I had so many people I know try it out, like it, but then get tired of every quest being the same collect this, kill this kind of quests. Every zone would have some sort of issue where you would run out and have to grind a level or two to get into the next hub. The pacing was really weird.
