The hit anime-inspired MMORPG Phantasy Star Online 2 will be available to pre-install on PC starting tonight, May 26th, at 11:00pm PDT before it's servers open up tomorrow morning at 5:00am PDT after server maintenance.

    'This does not apply just to ED but SC or any other game. What they will get is Rebirth/X4, likely prettier but equally underwhelming and pointless. 

    It is incredibly difficult to design some meaningfull leg content that would fit a space ship game - simply because it is not a leg game.

    It is just huge resource waste....'

    Been playing this on Xbox, can not wait for it to finally release tomorrow. So I can fully play my Gunner with a Mouse and KB. Yes I know I could have hooked it up on Xbox but my living room setup with my Xbox is not optimal to play with a wired mouse and kb.

    whats the website to download ?  is it on steam or anything ?

    Silly that preload starts late but the game goes live so early. It's just super silly willy. I'm angry that the boosted XP event is going away though, I have 4 characters and got almost all of them to 75 in just the past few days.  

    I hear they're doing a story event coming up... what a waste.

    Forced to region change if you want to play, forced to "upgrade" to Win 10 for 7. You also have to edit a file or two, and you have to DL from microsoft store.

    Then the game itself is far too easy, and requires payment to sell items. Farm same old quests over and over for loot you dont need. Why?

    Did you log into your Xboxapp it needs that. Have you got past the 11 gig dl?

    After you open the launcher there is more to be downloaded. Make sure you launch the game from your library. It should automatically open the app. Did you ever remove any of the live stuff before you will need reinstall those elements back or you will get errors.

    I couldn't be more excited that it's finally here!!! (on a proper platform).

    atm though, i'm probably going to pass for a few weeks, months, i'm literally swamped with stuff going on in SWG:Legends, outside that, wow still power leveling alts straight to 120 and now our classic time is growing.

    SWG:L is seriously packed lately, so many mmorpg players, it's wonderful, wow retail yeah it's busy i guess but man, you go back to classic and it's insanely popular, packed to the rafters with mmorpg players, to best describe it, remember day one of any mmorpg and how packed it was, that's classic everyday.

    I seriously don't have time for anything new atm, i mean subconsciously i might be worried i'll jump into this world and say f it to swg and wow for some time to come too. I'm leaning on the latter tbh.

    The 11 gigs was no problem and neither was the update after that. It says a dll is missing although it is right there with all the right authorization etc. Looking into it tonight, hard at work officially  o:)

    I'm not only going to be wrong about this, but I will come off as condescending as well.

    But is it a Windows dll that you are missing? It has happened to me in the past. Is there a specific error?

    When it is a windows dll, you just Google it and download it and plop in in your win32 folder.

    No worries. It is indeed a specific dll which I downloaded etc. but the exact same dll was already present but simply isn’t being recognized. Giving it another go in a couple of hours, got a bit more time then.

    They said restarting the computer helps too, I might be in the same boat once the download finishes.

    I launched it by mistake and as the popup to press yes or no came on screen, I pressed some key and the No was selected. Now it's stuck loading and can't find it in task manager... So gonna have to reload to check it out.
