Valorant Review - Addicting, Fun, Flawed
For the last week, I've been heavily playing Riot Games' latest foray, Valorant. With several hours under me, Valorant accomplishes many things, notably, reminding us that Riot does indeed know how to build core gameplay experiences. However, it is not without its share of frustrations and flaws. This is our review of Valorant.

The menu's are not that bad, the game play while slow. Is really boring at times, the hitreg is hit and miss in this game. I have tons of clips on twitch of just absolutely garbage bullet reg (no not recoil issues not aim issues but the game not registering any shots) its f2p, try it for yourselves and see. The cash shop is probably one of the worst I've seen, and apex legends was pretty bad. But again you have no need to actually buy anything as its purely cosmetic, so who cares...?
They did have ranked in the beta, so we'll assume they are going to bring it back. It works just like League of Legends ranked system does

They also challenged hacker groups to try and break their anti-cheat, offering up to 100,000$ if you could..so...yeah..I'll trust them thanks.
In the end a less intrusive anti cheat would do the same thing, without the need to "trust them" LOL

These days everyone thinks they are an IT professional, because they know how to rename folders and change their wallpaper....
Fanboys whiteknighting the game won't change what Vanguard is and what it does. Thanks for checking in with my IT Professional skills though, they are alive and well.
TL;DR version: Amazing game, would give it a 10/10, BUUUTTTTT
The menu's are horizontal, It confuses me that an X on top right closes a window (are you fucking kidding me!!!!!!!) and the UI is not my thing... 6/10 !!!!!!!!!!!

In the current state it's too hard to have a coherent team that plays off of eachother in a public match. I've had an awesome time in a full group of friends, as everyone was communicating but they aren't always around to play with.
Also the cash shop is EXTREMELY overpriced. 60 - 80 dollars for a set of skins for like 6 weapons is not worth it, that's insane.

Instead, Vanguard said hold my bear and broke people’s computers. I won’t even install this, personally, because of Vanguard.
I don't even play the game anymore, I just felt like calling you out on your immeasurable idiocy.

Oh then you can explain it then right? Or are you going to give us another failed take on vanguard? Maybe you want to do some research before putting your own foot in your mouth and making yourself sound like a complete tool. The article is filled with opinions that they contradict over and over. This is not about Valorant, this is about shitty writing because someone does not like FPS games as a whole.
FO76 probably paid them, or paid more.
