Instead of opining on something this week, I thought I'd write about what I'll be playing this weekend! Weekends for me are the only time I really get to dig in and game these days. Sometimes I'll play a couple of different things, but this weekend I'll be focused on (hopefully) finishing my latest project: a replay of Final Fantasy Tactics: War of the Lions, using a fan mod called Valeria.

    I need to go back to that, for some reason I stopped playing it, think I got stumped on a quest i couldn't figure what I needed to do. Then when I went back kind of forgot everything so didnt try to hard in it and stopped again. I loved DEHR and finished it.

    This guy said DEHR was his favorite all time game and says Watch Dogs 2 reminds him of it alot, as far as similar systems etc. Only watched for 16 minutes, dont know why he has an over hour long video on it lol.



    On thread topic just bought 7 Days to Die as its on sale on steam for $8.50 going to see how that goes.

    I've played both and I like Mankind Divided better mostly because the playable areas are larger. Not open world large but not as confined as HR. Graphics are also better too of course.

    I'm at the point of wanting to quit Genshin Impact. Even at world rank 3, the character progression is so slow and actually keeping up all of my measley 7-8 characters with the enemies is a monumental task. 

    The gacha is not the only big problem with Genshin Impact. Not at all. "Masterpiece."




    Spent most of the day playing Dragon Quest Heroes 1. Doesn't rank among my favorite Warriors games, but it's solid enough. More of a tower defense game than anything.

    Um, it's Halloween!

    Showed some friends the original Japanese "Dark Water last night (via Zoom) and besides working on my own projects, I'll play Silent Hill 2 and Amnesia the Dark Descent or Song of Horror.

    Also going to watch Trick or Treat tonight.

    So "Trick or Treat and Happy Halloween!"

    I havent been playing anything the last 3 month..just looking at anime series and staring out the window...games are dead now..they try to keep the games on life support with patches and what not..i only see crap !

    And what were the games you liked/enjoyed? Maybe someone can recommend something similar.

    I have been laying wood flooring for the past week. My TV and game system is packed in a box. Finally finished everything but the transitions and the trims.

    Video games are on hold :/ but I did buy 6 games on the Steam sale. Deep Rock Galactic among them. Looking forward to playing 4 man coop shooter soon. :)

    Hoping to play Legion, but it's utter garbage. Took 4 hours to get it launched in Epic, eventually had to just install it via Uplay. Played for 20 hours, save game corrupted and lost, started over, played for 12, save game corrupted and lost. Contacted Epic, trying to get a refund.

    Ikcin in response to yours sincerely debating whether or not single-player offline MMOs exist...



    'This does not apply just to ED but SC or any other game. What they will get is Rebirth/X4, likely prettier but equally underwhelming and pointless. 

    It is incredibly difficult to design some meaningfull leg content that would fit a space ship game - simply because it is not a leg game.

    It is just huge resource waste....'
