So she responded with a positive spin not knowing what the actual so called hotfix was and even if there was one?

CDR is not revealing what that fix is either?Seems like PR work here and no real factual proof they did anything other than perhaps added an epilepsy warning.
The problem is the massive light sources this game uses and as i stated way too many imo.So what did they do remove the lighting from the game?it does not include ONLY flashing lights in case that is what maybe they think.

OR do they THINK because they talked to this women she has all the answers and now it is all fixed?I had an epileptic student in my classes in school,he could be triggered by a simple snap sound or any sudden sound. So are they also going to remove all the sound and lighting from the game?

What they SHOULD be saying is they are continuing to listen and continuing to work on it and NOT say ok all fixed.

We hotfixed the epilepsy part to induce less epilepsy! Is that the right message to be sending to epileptics? They should probably outright avoid it still shouldn't they?

Epileptics probably should stay away from Blinking neon-lights games.

There's a very prominent, if somewhat short, warning regarding epilepsy every time you start up the game. The specific scene in the game that was ESPECIALLY problematic for epileptic people(it made my eyes feel really weird) has been adjusted to reduce the risk, and the typical MMORPG Disgruntled Boomers are showing up to complain about... something?

Good for them. What they did was reduce the light intensity and frequency of the blinking, but it was enough. Considering the consequences that minor change is well worth it, considering if you played the sequence the before it was like an 8 year old flash a penlight laser in your eyes.

Gaming since Avalon Hill was making board games.

Played SWG, EVE, Fallen Earth, LOTRO, Rift, Vanguard, WoW, SWTOR, TSW, Tera
Tried Aoc, Aion, EQII, RoM, Vindictus, Darkfail, DDO, GW, PotBS

Haha! It was intense. I figured everyone was being dramatic until I got to that scene. I actually had a video driver crash shortly after and had to do that scene again. I closed my eyes the second time.
