Earlier today Dynamight Studios delayed Factured's playtest by 3 hours due to an unforeseen health event, but was able to get the game live around 11:00 EST. The increase of new players hit Fractured's Discord with some mixed reactions to the latest playtest.

It's terrible. It sounds like it can be interesting in the future. But this test is not a good a look.
Has many years before this game can be anything worth playing

I really want this game to succeed, but it is horribly unoptimized and obviously no where near finished as of right now. PVP barely works when everyone can only get 10 fps :/

A game delayed because of a health issue?  Exactly how understaffed is this development team?

Logic, my dear, merely enables one to be wrong with great authority.

The graphics don't look as demanding as some games but I suppose lack of optimization is the cause.

I've had some fun playing it and exploring different areas, but it definitely still needs a lot of work. You'd expect that mousing over user interface items would explain what they are and give details and for most inventory items, they do, but not important things like current bufs/debufs. Documentation is also minimal so figuring out how mounts work is non-trivial.

I was also disappointed that the graphics are just isometric with no way do change your point of view. If a mob walks behind a tree, you can't target it. It's like the old Ultima Online.
