Have it downloaded but cannot get in , just keeps saying cannot connect to outrider server. Might have been a good idea to let pre order people get in a little early to reduce the traffic jam.
FYI you will need a square enix account to link to steam , if playing on steam, So if you are waiting for DL and don't have one, you will want to go make one.
Downloaded, ran it. It asked for a Square Enix account. Don't have one. Game wouldn't return to Steam. Force uninstalled.
Looked like an interesting story, and a nice intro video. Saw absolutely nothing of the actual game. The original post should have mentioned something about SE account being required. It *seemed* to recognize my Steam account name, and I'm sure that was passed along to SE. Not a happy camper, today.
Logic, my dear, merely enables one to be wrong with great authority.
Played it last night. I didn't see a deposit of $1 million dollars to my checking account, my wife didn't surprise me with my favorite meal, I didn't transcend to a new plane of reality, and my car didn't magically wash itself. Due to these issues, I predict you'll hear lots of negative stuff about the game in these forums and forums in Steam.
Other than those issues I had no problems getting into the game and enjoyed it. Nothing game-changing, but it was fun.
Reminded me a lot of the division but with a very sci fi feel. It's a solid game but nothing special whatsoever, and unless you're into the story I don't see a reason to play the game over the division.

I think that's the problem. The story is the worst part. The main protagonist (you) is kind of a jerk, and he isn't very funny, even though it seems like they really try to make him seem that way. The story is what kills the game.
I like the challenging encounters, but with only 3 person co-op, I can't even group up with all of my regular friends. Some of them will always have to sit out.
