Monster Hunter Rise, Capcom's next title in the Monster Hunter series, won't be a Switch exclusive - at least not completely. The team told IGN Japan that the upcoming title will also be coming to PC, though not till next year.

    Capcom needs to pull their head out of their ass and add crossplay to Monster Hunter games. They are perfect for it, and they already have the crossplay network infrastructure in place for their games via the Capcom ID account system. As for MH Rise, I can't wait.

    Normally, I think crossplay creates more problems than it solves, but when you're dealing with a strictly PvE game like this one where platform advantages don't really matter, I'm all for it.

    Monster Hunter World did not release in 2012 by the way.

    especially in "room" based games. pretty sure like 90% of ppl are playing with controllers on pc anw.

    nah keyboard is still better, the mouse let you control the camera not only better but faster with make you aim faster too, even more for ranged players

    Will it be smaller in size than MHW and Iceborne? 80+GB is just extreme. Why are they so large in fact?

    A game as large as MHW being 80+ gb is nothing when fucking Call of Duty's bloated ass now offers selective installs because the full thing won't fit on a base PS4.

    I am pretty sure its mostly textures.

    Nioh 2 is 85GB on PC, be prepared  ;)
