    There was a game was named something like shower with your dad on STEAM.
    There is actually a lot of garbage on Steam which proves how little if any standards they have.
    Valve is like the entire industry a bunch of greedy smucks with no integrity or care for what they are selling.
    I can tell by the link that Cuckold game is also on Steam.

    I wish the media would call out Steam for their garbage platform of games but the entire industry is too busy kissing each others ass to make money.
    Every angle you look from gaming has gone badly sour,it is right now as scummy as Microsoft is.
    Sure you might find a glimmer of a few decent studios but that would be a very rare occasion.

    Just look at the Cyberpunk thread...HEY GUYS we fixed some  quests ..sad really sad.

    Never forget 3 mile Island and never trust a government official or company spokesman.

    Have you ever read the Valve employee handbook?

    It's a real eye-opener! Valve is run differently from just about any company I've ever heard of. Everyone chooses their own projects. Everyone chooses their own colleagues. Salaries are set via peer review.

    Essentially, you are allowed to work on whatever the hell you want, as long as you can convince enough of your colleagues to work on it with you.



    It's a very weirdly run company!



    I'm not disagreeing that Steam is full of garbage and that it's massive library is impossible to search through effectively, but it's not because Valve is a greedy company, its just because nobody within the company seem to be bothered about the issue (or, nobody knows how to fix it).

    I actually like the fact that they'll let just about anyone sell their game on the platform, seems like a very open and fair system, even if it does make it a nightmare to find good games.




    Finally, there has been plenty of backlash against their storefront being filled with shit. Just about every big gaming website writes 1 or 2 articles a year about how bad it is, and 3 or 4 years ago there was a big outcry about the whole situation (whenever it was that Valve opened up steam and it got 1000s of new games in a few weeks).

    I don't need or want Steam to apply standards. It is quite possible theirs would not reflect mine. I'm quite capable of shifting through what I consider the chaff to get to what I feel is the wheat.

    One needs to opt in to see adult content, as it is filtered out by default for those that would rather not, which I feel sufficient.

    As jarring as this game may seem to some, honestly that gameplay video could have been ripped right out of a day in Second Life.

    who cares? There is literally porn all over steam and you care about a lollergasm meme game making fun of fedora wearing reddit folk? god forbid people have a laugh while they game.

    nevermind the fact you have to OPT-IN to see this and the "extreme" content mentioned above.

    Kind of weird what we object to.

    No problems with a game where everybody in the entire world is blown up, and you have to scavenge the corpses. Or a horror game where you slit people's throats.

    Personally, my line to not cross is child porn.
