The answer is later, but honestly, the true response is never. I don't like signing up for new letters. However, everything I log on, that thing comes crashing down like some sword of Damacles. It only takes a second to hit, but still annoying since I know I won't ever subscribe. I don't know if it's just me, or if others feel the same.
If there are more than 10 of us, I would recommend putting some kind of link that stands out at the top of the page somewhere. This would actually serve 2 functions IMO.
1 - The option is always there, so if someone looks at the site and likes it, they won't have to go look for it.
2 - It stops me and at least 10 others from a little irritation... mosquitoes are also little irritations, just to show that little irritations can have an affect.
If there aren't more than 10 of us, please ignore and let it slowly descend into inactivity and into the black hole that is. (Surely to be resurrected in 3 - 5 years by some soul that pushes us over 10)
