This entry has slipped under the radar, probably because most of the GTA Online entries are nothing more than adverts of the weekly sales... :)
But this one is actually a legit news piece about the summer's DLC, which is a fairly good one too.

In theme it's kinda "back to the roots", the auto part within the title. Vehicle customisation, testing, show-off, street racing, one-on-one races, drag, drift, etc.
There's a community building possibility with the added Car Meet, a full-on PvE area, safe from all the griefers and overall toxicity which puts even EVE's playerbase in a good light...
Players can hang out there and socialise, check out each other's cars, customise it real-time while the others watching, maybe learning some tricks on paintjobs and bodyworks, etc.

The new business fits to the theme as well, being an auto shop.
It servers as a front for the new, heist-like money making activity, the robbing contracts - and the best part of it, just like the Cayo Perico heist before, this one is available for solo.

I believe they're testing the waters for the next game, how to keep it online while adding the singleplayer section to it as an option.

(It's a smart move, not just because of my pet peeve "option is king", but due to the heavy toxicity of GTA Online... they'd shoot themselves in the foot by sticking to the design of the early businesses, and forcing players into pvp.)
