Final Fantasy XI is still going strong with a new update, continuing the Voracious Resurgence storyline. The new update also introduces the master level character system, and kicks off November player events and rewards.

    I just started playing today. It's a FF RPG in MMORPG form, and I think that's how it should be approached when played. I have a steep learning curve ahead of me, but I'm looking forward to it.

    I've been playing heavilly FF11 for the past 2 months and the game is more fun the longer I stay.

    Currently it's possible to install some addons to modify textures and UI elements. The end result is a game which doesn't scare with graphics and has an enormous amount of depth (which sadly most never games lack). Anybody who is willing to learn an older game should give it a try imo.

    The game is great! Takes time to learn but once you are settled its fantasic! I am not high lvl - got a lvl 80BlueMage/40 Dancer and every time I login I loose track of time.
