    lol.. Dam it , just no time ..I am going to grab the pre order and get to this after the holidays at some point .. Looks great and EQ2 is always a fun run

    It surprised me that both EQ and EQ2 can keep cranking out expansions and keep customers paying.

    I can promise you these expansions aren't as big as an average expansion for MMOs or atleast what we would consider an expansion, i would consider these like the DLCs that ESO does.

    Whether one is a fan of EQ2 or not , that's funny shit right there...

    Still kind of a shame they never fixed the cash-hungry nature of the game given that non-subs are heavily punished (Prestige gear is super-prevalent in EQ2 and unlike EQ1 most slots do not have an "equivalent" replacement for them initially, the "Catch up" gear that could replace the prestige is locked behind a members-only quest, etc).

    That said it's still fun from time to time, in the rare occasion that you find a guild that actually talks in-game and run groups/raids. Just a real big shame they released so close to Endwalker. Even with the original release date (Nov. 19th/23rd) casual players would have finished up Sage/Reaper leveling and been starting the MSQ around now.

    Don't be fooled in EQ non prestige gear is decent, but the only high heroic augs and ac augs are prestige and these are huge power increases for tanks and melee dps. The only non prestige augs for slot 5 and 7 are from 15 levels ago now.
