Is calling it an unmitigated disaster to play and watch with the other 4 people online breaking the NDA? Just asking for a friend.

I have often wondered how these kind of NDAs would be enforced. If someone made a detailed review on the "game" but didn't post screen shots or video play, I don't see how the developers could identify and take action against the person.
Would you get banned from these forums if you did that? I don't recall anything in the forum rules specifying that you cannot write about games under NDA.
If you could not afford to spend the money, you should not have.
Personally, I think KS funded games gave way too many fools and their money too much a chance to part, as the fools daydreamed of getting phat checks back from investment, while spouting delusions of being partner in the game company.
Egotism is the anesthetic that dullens the pain of stupidity, this is why when I try to beat my head against the stupidity of other people, I only hurt myself.
When will it release? When will all refunds be paid, how many remain to be paid, when will NDA be coming down, when will 24x7 test servers become available....shall I keep going?
Let's get one thing out of the way, just because you personally feel something is not a satisfactory answer does not mean it is not an answer.

Q: How many remain to be paid? A: That is none of your business.
Q: When will NDA be coming down? A: Sometime after the new RvR map is ready for testing.
Q: When will 24x7 test servers become available? A: .Sometime after the new RvR map is ready for testing.
