Once they decide to overhaul the combat I might come back. Until then I will not return even if they added the best content ever.

Akavir? Probably not. That would actually make the game interesting.

Sea Elves? But if I could choose, a way to find a lost race of Dwarves; who doesn't want a bearded lady dwarf?

Combat and visual fidelity are so bad that none of this even matters.

From what I see, ZOS seem very reluctant to populate the rest of the Tamriel continent with zones (Blackmarsh, Hammerfell, Colovia, whatever). When they started developing garbage content like the pocket dimension Clockwork City or whatever that Skyrim expansion was or whatever that Oblivion expansion was and how Vvardenfell was only 50% traversable and Black Mountain was not accessible unless you wall-jump beyond the invisible walls.

While I have strong opinions about the clockwork city expansion (more so how they designed it and imagined it) filling out an entire continent with interesting and compelling content is no small feat.

Heck, look at Lord of the Rings Online and how long it took them to cross a continent.

Also, there needs to be a compelling story and reason to create different towns and cities. Places like Oblivion, like the clockwork city are sort of already built in areas with a richer lore as well as a familiarity for players.

I wouldn't be surprised if eventually they created other places that haven't been explored. It's just going to take them a bit to touch base with a world that players already know.
