Just say NO! to anything attached to the abomination zuckerberg-creature. Just look at the epic world-embracing harm his damned "facebook" has done, nuff said.
A pretty big insult to anyone wanting an actual Dungeon Siege game.
Yeah, I read the headline and thought it would be awesome and then saw the title picture and read about being voxel-based. Who would have thought a revival of an older game series would be so much inferior in looks? Needless to say, I'll be passing on this.

The sandbox isn't built by "meta" it's a separate metaverse platform.
The death of Video games as games. Gamers are becoming less needed in this new era, where AAA greed machines Build their NFT's in their "metaverses" and some gaming "Journalists" follow along like lapdogs since their income stream no longer revolves around actually reporting news, and instead just regurgitate what their big dog pack Alphas give to them.
I hope this project, along with anything involving a metaverse and/or NFT's burns and dies in a dumpsterfire.
As a note, I don't think that anyone specifically from mmorpg is in that category of journalists as they usually do a good job of just giving us news, but more and more I'm seeing major gaming journalists soaking up what the AAA companies are handing them and publishing it with little to no resistance. Gamers hate NFT's and the metaverse is just another word for "Alternate advertising platform". So don't expect heart warming responses from players when discussing NFT's. Or Metaverse.
That image in the OP makes even the Dungeon Siege movie look like quality in comparison.
The original Dungeon Siege game was very well done, with a nice mix of ARPG and story. It may have been the finest PC game ever published by Microsoft. (If you don't count MSFS).
Logic, my dear, merely enables one to be wrong with great authority.
