After update 33 went live, The Lord of the Rings Online went down for almost a day to address an issue with Rune-keeper satchels. The game is now back up with a rollback.

    People who managed to claim rewards yesterday before the servers were brought down and rolled back are now not receiving those rewards today.

    On the upside, once all of this is sorted out, I think this update is going over pretty well with the (F2P/Premium) community. Lots of free stuff.

    There were about twice as many people on line tonight on my server than what there normally are. Part of it is the festival, and part of it was new people. Good to see more people.

    The lag on Arkenstone was unbearable last night. Around 1k non-anonymous people online and the crashing/lag was terrible.

    People in World chat were pretty vocal about it.
