    Hard pass. I'm sorry, but I haven't seen a real FF game since FFX. If I wanted Star Ocean combat, I'd play Star Ocean. It's half the reason why I thought 15 sucked, FFVII remake boring, and going to pass on this one. FF 12 came close, but that gambit system was hot trash.

    What are you not enjoying these days? What would direction would you like to see?
    I like with this one how they are going back to medieval routes.

    I tried the demo of stranger paradise and was very disappointed :(

    the main character being ifrit is cool and i can see how they would design a game around that,

    still more excited for ff7 remake part 2 should be teased this month

    I am with you on this one, the direction has shifted away from its RPG roots that made the name FF. This just looks something like Devil May Cry combat with FF theme.

    I understand, from a developer standpoint, the need to make it PS5 only but will PS5s be readily available one year from now? These PS exclusives are why I bought a PS4. Now with this and the Wolverine game being PS5 exclusives it's again tempting.

    I wonder if it even matters. Every title that ends up being $90-100 should probably be boycotted anyway. Not only are there few titles on the PS5, but the price for a game is outrageous.

    Looks good . Much better than the J Pop boy band of FF15 .

    uses the same engine as FFXV - FFVII:R? because it looks no better or worse tbh.
