Next month, ArcheAge will open its Fresh Start servers, offering players a chance to start on even ground to level and gear up with progression bonuses and lots of rewards.

    Try making a pve server so i can fish on boat and not have a 5 year old try and kill me . pvp bleep off

    while this is nice and all the company needs to improve the game abit before attracting alot of users since things like the user interface is a complete mess in the game still imo

    I may try out this server, I haven't played the free Archeage in a while and even though the Unchained servers are pretty great so far (sub based now) they lost most of the players because of the subscription change from buy to play. Not sure how pay to win the free servers are now but I'm sure it's pretty bad.

    With the ridiculously low population, every current server is a fresh start server. The only really Kakao Games did this is because they know MMORPG.com will make an article for it. lol

    AA is a good example how a sandbox game is killed by vertical progression.

    I bet if a server with a GW2 item concept would start (after max level only cosmetics) way more people would play

    Well, when i first saw this i wondered if it was a really old article, it appears to not be, but what a damning indictment of Archeage, truly the degree of desperation Kakao is displaying is astounding, i guess losing BDO hit them pretty hard! :o

    Hah, well as funny as that might sound, we all know that they are not 5 year olds, they much closer to 12!  ;)
