    Sweet.  A couple of decades ago, my son used to take his craft out to the pvp zones on Sunday to watch the fights.

    I still go on from time to time shoot up things.  Great game that's gotten better with time.

    I think it's still being run by the same 3 guys that original developed it so 'shoe string' comes to mind with no funds for advertisement.

    As to the player base, cult favorite?  I know the forums here were active for awhile a long time ago.  Maybe it's a fight club thing, the first rule of the fight club is not to talk about the fight club.
