Pretty sure you've posted the same thing repeatedly on the patch updates. There's a difference between people scripting and automated combat, especially when the output on high-skilled, manual players is higher.
You mean the auto attack function? Like what almost all tab targeting MMOs have, and have had for years? I wouldn't call that a "bot functionality" per say.
You are making it sound automatic when it is far from that. I have played this game and it was never like that. Automatic means there is no player input and the game play itself much like mobile games that have autobattle.
Please use proper words to describe the meaning or explain in detail what you are referencing when talking about the combat. Don't write vague things that have no correlation to the combat in GW2.
If you're talking about auto attack like in WoW where the hunter continues to shoot the bow or a melee can swing their weapon without continuous input that exist in a lot of games and is not considered automatic. It is part of the damage cycle in between the skills, abilities and spells a class uses. It was there from the days of Everquest. Auto attack and was never considered any good as the damage is very little and if not augmented by actual skills and abilities is very poor in terms of damage output. You're not going to get anywhere with just auto attack.
what?
Unless you're running some kind of add-on, the game factually does not work how you're saying it works. And I'm pretty sure that kind of mod would be strictly against the TOS.
Auto attack off CD won't get you very far on most encounters, and you'll waste your heal for no reason.
Plus there would be no way to weapon swap even if you could also auto all skills on CD. And don't even get me started with stance and attunements for some classes.
