anyone knows what to do ? i tried to do every thing they suggests

    If you have any wifi extenders or mesh set ups this for osme reason blocks it. When I connect directly to my router it works fine or connect your phone to your WiFi and turn on your phone hot-spot and connect to your phone. Not the best fix I know but at least you're on
