1 month before release and still no real gameplay and info about the game. Well we all saw it coming that the game will be delayed, but honestly giving the excuse because of a trademark Claim, being the real reason I really doubt that HARD.
Something is incredibly fishy here. They delay a game for copyright claims for 10 months and just found out about the claim 6 weeks before their supposed launch? Interesting its a copyright claim so that prevents Steam from listing it and any media being associated with it under its name. Isn't that convenient for a game that has only showed the same things over and over?
If I was a conspiracy theorist...
And their website is still up and their media kit is still downloadable.....one would think that would have been disabled immediately.
Something just isn't right...
They wouldn't disable their website if they think they are in the right, and if they announced their game before the trademark application was filed then courts should side with them.
A lot of the The Day Before sounds fishy, but if they're telling truth about this trademark issue then keeping their website up and continuing to use the name is what you'd expect.
It's not even a real game so nothing was lost.
In other news check this instead if you want a new survival game https://rootedthegame.com/ less scammy.
This is just another excuse. They haven't even attempted a public beta or stress testing of any kind. Even the lowest of the low of indie developers have some kind of testing.
These devs have only shown curated content. This is just an excuse... And maybe the "rebranding" will be their reason why they decide to either release an unfinished POS or "cancel" it entirely.

Who 'forgets' to copyright the name of their own game before announcing it, and then 2 years later right before the VERY FIRST gameplay trailer, have to delay the game for 9 months xD

When this game was first announced I had a feeling that Titov was lurking somewhere behind the curtain.

I saw it coming. I saw it all. But then nobody ever listens to me.
(No, I'm not saying that's the case, but unfortunately these guys have made it easy to wonder, and question.)

One would normally expect that they'd have invited their lead discord moderator to friends & family testing.
