But Bradford thinks that while it could be risky, it's ultimately something that could end up feeling rather unique in the MMO space.

    Excellent combat. But eventually becomes a pointless grindfest wether lifeskilling or pvping. Not gonna go into the whole p2w discussion, but in the end I got my money's worth from it ... just lost interest after a while. Havent played in 4 years or so but had fun playing this with some friends back then. Just dont have the time or see the point of extremely grindy games like Black Desert anymore. Waiting for whenever Ashes releases, let's see how that turns out if it ever happens.

    Completely agree. The game has great graphics and combat but that's it.

    There's no game to the game. It's just gear up for the sake of gearing up. There's no content that you're gearing up for. Most games have raids or pvp that you are gearing up for.

    Most PvP is capped, the only time your gear will actually help you is a DFS scenario. Everything else is capped content.

    Yeah, I thought that that there were to be sieges more like Lineage 2 but alas not to be. That's why we geared up, so that we could be more powerful in pvp and in sieges.

    A shame because it's a very beautiful game.

    I can't believe I can remember seeing little Sovrath running around in Lineage 2. I think you played a dark elf mage and you had a pet shilien elder healer but it's been like 20 years :)
