World of Warcraft is getting closer to cross-faction guilds. They're set to arrive in Update 10.1, Embers of Neltharion, and will change much of how people can get in and play WoW with each other.

Should have gotten rid of the stupid faction divide a long time ago.
Yup, that's why Cross Faction Dungeons, Cross Faction Guilds, because ..so many players LOL.
Reporter: What's behind Blizzard success, and how do you make your gamers happy?
Blizzard Boss: Making gamers happy is not my concern, making money.. yes!
Factions haven't meant shit in over a decade. Nobody open world pvps in retail anymore because there is no point to it. Warmode is for added talents and bonuses. Dragonflight is already a cross-faction orgy.
Factions haven't meant shit to you. You don't world pvp in retail anymore. You kids have ruined this genre enough, now we can't have factions either.
It is kind of funny narratively. "They burned down our home but lets be friends." And I know some people will say Shadowlands 'resolved it' but thats like saying "they were gonna die eventually but at least they found peace in the afterlife (after being tormented in the afterlife for a while as well)."
It has nothing to do with me. It's the current state of the game and has been for a long time.
It is interesting to look at WoW and see how society has changed. Look how different mentality gamers had early expansions in WoW and look what they have now. Before people were like- I got killed, I want to get stronger. Now they are like- I got killed, dev make so that I can't get killed. Before players were ready to grind hundreds of hours to get the gear, now people just cry if they don't get stuff in first week. Before people accepted that they can't have everything on their class, now people want every class to have same features.
