    A standing desk is only as good as the floor you're standing on and the shoes you're wearing.  Then again, I'm at an age where I no longer list 'standing' as one of my strong suits.

    Anti Fatigue mat helps, also reducing standing time. It's just nice to be able to alternate between sitting and standing.
