Crimson Desert was first shown off in 2020, but we've not seen much from the Pearl Abyss game. The upcoming open-world RPG got a new, expansive trailer at Gamescom's Opening Night Live.

    Well, that certainly looks better than I thought it would. I question some of the fighting as it almost seemed like quick time events.

    Don't like the flying or dropping from hundreds of feet in the air but that's just me.

    I'll definitely give it a shot.

    That looks pretty sick! A lot of stuff copied over from Black Desert, but that's not a bad thing. Lots of new stuff too. I want to try it.

    this looks like a wate of resources honestly. it';s the 21st century, everything should be progressing in the multiplayer space. just wasting time like NcSoft started to do with Lineage 3

    Looks very good but I was kinda confused about all that futuristic laser stuff and the flying parts, so much even that for a moment I thought they are doing something like the limbus from Assassins Creed. Don't know how to feel about that.

    Wow, I'm glad I watched the trailer. This caught me by surprise.

    The visuals are beautiful and the action looks great. I hope it isn't Dark Souls hard. The trailer is one of the best I've watched in a long time. Lots of game play footage.

    I usually turn on original language + english subtitles and it's great as long as I can control the text flow.
