Free Uploads for Your Cell Phone! (I FINALLY FOUND IT)

After my long search I finally found a site where I can upload not only wallpaper, but ringtones, games/apps, and videos to your cell phone. It's really easy and free. Now I don't have to pay for squat for my cell phone.

I made my first wallpaper for my Sprint LG (128x160 pixels):

and my second one

The first wallpaper I made, I got the image from HERE (a site with phone wallpapers) and sized it down in photoshop to the exact pixels on my cell phone display. The second one I just cropped from a normal one.

IT WORKS. I can't believe I finally found one that works. OLD MAN (En1) I found one! Now you guys can make wallpapers and don't have to pay the man.

I also downloaded a video game ringtone (midi format) from the free ringtones downloads. That works too.

I'm now going to try out the other uploads. I'm so excited! Maybe if I can find some games then games can be free! The only game I ever brought was Metal Slug for my phone. I WANT MORE!!!!

Come on you guys got to try this!

Nice find! I wonder how much this will end up costing me with verizon wireless?!?!? Anyways, think i will download a crap load of ringtones and such and see what i get for a bill at the end of the month.

Nope. I am having a problem with the midi format ring tones, my phone doesnt seem to recognize them as an available ringtone, it just saves them as a midi file that i can play by selecting it

you did select the right phone and model right? So you are saying you can't play it on your phone?

I know on my Sprint phone the midi works. I have the FF7 - Final

Try it again.

I know my phone dosent reconize mp3 and I can't hear wav. I'm trying to find out what format does my phone take to do real tones so I can put some of my own real tones on it.

I was planning on making some of the ytmnd.com sounds as tones.

Thanks a bunch for the site Riki! I ended up taking a song, editing out the parts I didn't want, and fit it into under 2MB (2MB is the limit your ringtone can be when it is uploaded). It sounds great and everything worked out completely fine!

NP. I tried to do a ringtone in mp3 and wmv format and they didn't work. I need to find a format that my phone will accept.

.mid .midi .mmf if your phone doesnt support .mp3's it only supports those three

I found out. It does support .midi but for real tones, the format is .qcp. First time I ever herd of that format. I had to get 2 programs to get the the khz and bit right and convert it

Are you guys using this? Do you have cell phones? I just created a Hadoken and Shryouken sounds for my voice mail and messaging.

whenever I try to download from the link they text me, I get a message saying, either, "Bad Gateway" or "Link not Found" or some such. I followed the instructions to a tee, but it just isn't working for me, I'll keep trying, I'd really want a change in my ringtone.

You shouldn't. Did you put in the right model and carrier?
