I played this for an hour and um… it's not very good. I'm getting too old for anything that expects me to "play it until it gets good", I guess.
Also, really bad performance for a game that with very dated visuals. I don't mind the visuals, I do mind the performance.

Not gonna lie...I'm loving this game. I pretty much appreciate all aspects of the game. I feel like its helped me detox from the new age of mmo's. I agree, it's not a game everyone would enjoy, but as a 42 year old who likes to chill, play games and watch tv at the same time, it works well for me. Much respect to the dev team as they're small and hardworking. I commend them for continuing to advance the game with a low population. I hope they grow and I hope the game is around for a long time.

Got to lvl 2 and had to stop. I just don't see the appeal at all. I know it's an ode to oldskool games, but dang it's just plain bad. Or is that what it's going for?

"shows that there is an appetite for slower, more methodical MMO gameplay"

Has this guy even played the game? Yeah the game isn't just "slow", I believe a better word would be "glacial", or that it moves like a bug trapped in amber, that was frozen during the iceage levels of "slow". I bought the game on launch expecting a slower paced game, but my god... I remember it took days to get to level 2. And not from doing exciting quests, or intriguing puzzles or solving mysteries. No, that was from killing bunny rabbits and hobos... Around 10,000 or so of them.

The word "methodical" works though, as I "methodically" wiped out enough animals to collapse a real world ecosystem to gain a level. And it "methodically" kill ANY kind of enjoyment that could have been gained from gameplay.

To find an intelligent person in a PUG is not that rare, but to find a PUG made up of "all" intelligent people is one of the rarest phenomenons in the known universe.

I will give this game 1 statement of praise.  At least they released.  People that backed it and bought it can at least play, sure most dont like it, but at least they released the game.  More than I can say about most of their competition.

Backpacks hold 25 items and gathered materials go into a different storage. Critiquing the game is fine and all but let us try to at least be accurate when doing so.
