Not to mention the weekly posts of "thank you random person for giving me all this stuff" posts. On a survival game.
The gamers are yuck.
Even worse are all the old timers who sit on the games forums just to respond to people who they themselves haven't played the game in years...and so things change and when you say things have changed they say "no...this is how it is. I played the game." Lol.
I played this game for a bit I just did not really enjoy the community either it was fine when my frineds and I played in a group. It just felt like some people were out to ruin fun for other people.
I havent had much issue with the community...Most have been very helpful.....Its not like they can spam chat or anything so Im not sure what problem you had with the community.
In terms of my experience with other players - I have none at all. According to steam I've put in 40 hours over the past couple years and I can't say I ever had an experience good or bad with another player. Definitely never talked to another player, am unsure if I've ever even seen another player running around.
This is basically the only Fallout we will have for quite some time so i try and enjoy it when i do pick it back up. Its better than the series just sitting on the shelf for a decade plus.
Starfield has been the primary focus and has finally released, fixes and DLC will be the focus for the next year. Although mentioned back in 2018 Elder Scrolls 6 has just entered early development this year so it is several years out by the Bethesda measuring stick and Fallout 5 will be following after that so estimating 2030 ish for Fallout 5 is probably close to the mark.
